Special Needs Teaching Assistant
Full Time Position 30 hours per week
Working days and hours- Monday to Friday (08:30am - 15:30pm)
Required from April 2022 until December 2022
In collaboration with a Wallasey-based Primary School, Tradewind Recruitment are seeking to appoint a Special Needs trained Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with an Early Years-aged pupil.

We would like you to have:
Essential
A natural aptitude to work with children;
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in 'Childcare' or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools' (equivalent qualifications accepted);
An additional relevant SEN qualification;
An understanding of Keeping Children Safe in Education and their responsibilities for Safeguarding;
A secure knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice.
