Headline of the Site Manager role
✔ This is a growth role to support a traditional build site with circa 150 traditional build units
✔ Be part of a region that is being development to support and focus on company growth
✔ Opportunity to focus on quality builds and great customer care experience
✔ Keen to speak candidates who can bring a Plc or NHBC Quality mindset
Your key duties as Site Manager
✔ Ensuring quality working towards quality standards
✔ Co-ordinate labour and trades
✔ Monitor and support the site build programme and control material levels
✔ Work with and assist a supportive site team
Key experiences you should have as Site Manager
✔ Solid work history of delivering the construction homes for ideally previous developers
✔ Be a great communicator with the ability to support your site team
✔ Developing knowledge of the housebuilding construction process
✔ Be from a trade background or have developed skills from activity being on live projects
✔ Great customer service skills and the ability to deliver on new homeowners’ expectations
