The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Liverpool team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team as 'the right-hand man or woman' to the Business Director and have an integral part in the growth and success of the team.
You will be offered a clear path of progression to Business Manager level, with the opportunity to recruit in both the temporary and permanent markets.
You will be working on an established desk/area and will responsible for the following:
· Business Development
· Networking
· Update and manage the candidate database
· Reviewing candidate job applications
· Pro-actively facilitate the matching process of candidate to client requirements using various job boards and LinkedIn
· Pre-screening candidates in line with company standards
· Administration of CRM system
· General administration and compliance support

About You
We are looking for an individual with at least 2-3 years' experience working at a similar level.
