My client is a revolutionary tech start-up inspired by their own personal experiences of care. By creating an innovative online platform, they are helping families to find trusted home carers for the people they love. They are not a care agency; they connect families with carers directly and provide families with simple tools to manage the scheduling, logistics and payment of care directly with a carer.
As Sales Team Leader you will be managing a team responsible for converting inbound leads, helping families identify the right care for their loved ones. You will also be responsible for converting your own customers, leading by example. You will support your team to deal with client problems and challenges and objection handling to help clients understand their service. You will be ensuring you and your team provide a great client experience end to end to help families build long term relationship with their carers. You will manage the team on a day to day basis responsible for rota management, training and sales funnel reporting.
With a background in consultative or relationship sales, you’ll be a natural people person who is able to build rapport with people from all walks of life. You will have experience managing a small team, enjoy developing people and know how to motivate people. You’ll be dedicated to creating the best experience for their clients, ensuring that all their queries are dealt with in a proactive and thorough way. You will be target driven and highly motivated to exceed expectations. Passionate about putting your skills towards social good, you’ll be a real team player with a competitive spirit. A stickler for detail and an expert problem solver, you’ll have no issue dealing with any situation that may arise! Experience in healthcare-related sales is a definite plus, but not essential.
