Sue Ross Recruitment are currently working with an established engineering company in the recruitment of a Sales Administrator/PA. In this role you will be responsible for providing admin support to the sales team, monitoring of order progress right though to managing proof of delivery and also acting as PA to the Head of Sales.
Key duties will include;
• Act as the first point of contact to all customers
• Provide administration support to the Head of Sale and the Sales team
• Act as a PA to the Head of Sales with managing his diary and ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Monitoring order progress, from order to delivery
• Supporting the Site administrator when absent with greeting guests
• General administration duties such as filing
• Responding to customer queries
• Generating quotes
Our client is looking for a candidate with ideally experience in a similar role, who is confident in Microsoft office suite and has excellent verbal/written communication skills.
