Red Rock Partnership Ltd are delighted to be working in partnership with their prestigious client who are currently looking for a reliable and dedicated Sales Administrator to join their team based in Leicester.
About the role:
This role is ideal for you if you are a proactive and organised individual who strives to deliver exceptional support and provide fantastic customer service. You will work within an impressive purpose built facility.
You will be responsible for the below:
* Support the sales team in various aspects of administrative support
* Processing orders and customer enquiries
* Ensure delivery and dispatch operations run smoothly
* Managing and booking on orders using an MRP system
* Maintain excellent customer service at all times
* Ensure the team are up to date on business activity
* Working closely with the all departments
* Confident in liaising with customers and suppliers in a friendly manner both face to face, telephone and email
* Complete work to a high standard in a timely manner
* Flexibility required to meet other duties
* Must possess strong IT skills and proficient on Microsoft packages
* Strong administrative experience
* Highly organised and methodical
* Friendly, confident and approachable
* Have excellent communication skills
Hours: Monday to Friday 11.00AM – 19.00PM
