The role
The firm is seeking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor ideally with some experience in Commercial Property to join its growing team based in Crawley, West Sussex.
Joining a busy team of 6 fee earners which is split between the firms offices, your role will be to handle a caseload of all aspects of conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, rental agreements, transfer of ownership, commercial leases and lease renewals.
This practice is considering conveyancing solicitors, legal executives and licensed conveyancers with over 2 years' PQE in residential and ideally some commercial conveyancing.
Requirements
- You will be a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 2 years
- Experience in commercial property would be highly advantageous
