Recruitment Consultant (IT Sector)

The Recpool Group are looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist (temps) to help drive our agency business growth, delivering recruitment sourcing solutions within our fast paced consultancy business, identifying, attracting and evaluating top talent in highly competitive IT markets.
It is a period of growth that has created the demand for additional consultants to support our expansion and we are currently looking to appoint an IT Recruitment specialist in our prestigious Liverpool city centre office.

Role Responsibilities
We wish to source an experienced IT recruiter with a track record in both client and candidate relationships and relevant sector knowledge gained across the Information Technology market.
Due to the nature of this role we would expect candidates to have a 360 degree life cycle and will be hands on with clients and candidates. You will be required to nurture new business opportunities and contribute to developing existing clients using your experience and industry knowledge.
You will have access to a supportive team environment, internal & external tools, leading edge technology as well as a host of generalist and specialist recruitment resources.
Geographical restrictions do not exist, giving entrepreneurial consultants the opportunity to develop their market without inhibitors.
With the guidance of the Company Director and colleagues you will be fully supported in developing new markets and provided with unique skills to help propel yourself onto higher levels.
About You
The successful candidate must have:
* Previous recruitment experience.
* Knowledge of the IT sector, gained from commercial experience from the market.
* A proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets
* Excellent communication, negation skills and commercial awareness
* Proven IT recruitment experience within a recruitment agency.
* Experience of sourcing passive candidates using social media and the latest direct sourcing tools
* Experience of partnering with stakeholders, building strong customer relationships and managing as well as exceeding customer/candidate expectations
* Resilient, results driven self-starter with a consultative approach, able to work independently and as part of a remote UK wide team
* Strong knowledge of UK legislation relating Diversity and Inclusion, Right to Work and GDPR
