This firm is looking for a Planning Solicitor 5 years PQE to join their growing team based in Reading.
As one of the largest specialist planning teams in the region, this practice undertakes a broad and stimulating variety of high-quality work for their private and public sector clients.
You will work on large scale developments and deliver an end-to-end service for landowners and developers. Other work will include planning and enforcement appeals, CPO and DCO applications, environmental advice and more.
They are doing incredibly well and have a number of exciting projects in the pipeline, so they are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and provide commercially focussed planning advice and guidance in collaboration with the next of the team.
As an established lawyer, you'll be able to demonstrate effective business development capabilities as the firm want someone who is able to build new relationships to further strengthen their foothold in the market.
Requirements:
· Planning Solicitor 5 years PQE with previous experience in a quality practice
