Key Tasks and Responsibilities for the admin assistant:
Dealing with telephone enquires
Supporting sales function with producing quotes/costings
Raising customer invoices
Key Skills and Competences for the admin assistant:
Highly organized, showing good attention to detail
Ability to prioritise and to work to deadlines with good time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Ability to work with minimum supervision, multi-task and be flexible
Strong computer literacy skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages – in particular Excel
Working well as part of a team
Hours of work are Monday –Friday
You will receive full training on site.
You may be required to drive depending on your location.
Candidates must be aged 18 or over.
