Hours of work are 06:00 to 18:00
Pay rate is starting at £10 per hour!
We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join a values-led, highly regarded family owned food business as a Laboratory Technician.
You'll be responsible for testing product and services across two laboratories, including both microbiological preparation and assessment and Chemistry testing and product release. This includes in-progress and finished product testing, to well defined and documented procedures and specification.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Microbiological and Chemical testing and assessment of product, environment & services to ensure legal, Food Safety and Quality compliance.
* Preparation of testing media, laboratory inventory maintenance and hygiene and housekeeping.
* Conducting shelf life analysis and taste panels.
The location is Blagdon, North Somerset (25 minutes' drive from Weston Super Mare).
