|Job Description||Job Title: International Business Travel Assistant
Location: Watford (with regular travel to London)
Reporting to: International Business Travel Co-ordinator
Role Type: 12 months FTC
Hours of Work: 09:00 – 17:00
International Business Travel is managed under Partnership Tax. They consider all international business travel queries that are raised to them by the business for groups or individual travellers. The majority of queries are outbound on behalf of UK travellers needing support to ensure they travel compliantly from an immigration, tax and risk perspective.
To support the International Business Travel Co-ordinator, working as a pro-active team member advising business travellers on immigration and work permits.
To provide an efficient, high quality, client focused service and to respond to business queries in a prompt, professional manner.
■Monitor the IBT inbox and proactively research queries and respond, escalating any issues or urgent requests to, and seeking advice from IBT Co-ordinator where necessary
Experience and Background
■You will have experience of working within the field of business travel compliance, in particular immigration or visa support
