Friendly and successful company require Inbound Customer Service Advisors for their busy and expanding call centre. The roles can be permanent full time or part time, minimum contract 20 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will be professional, personable and customer focused and able to work flexible hours that will include evenings and weekends. The role involves taking holiday bookings from customers, responding to a variety of customer queries and completing follow up administration including emails to a high standard of presentation and literacy.
The role requires an engaging, friendly and personable manner over the telephone and by email that ensures the customer receives a fantastic service experience that is key to the ongoing success of the business.
The inbound team are not targeted on sales but on the quality of their calls and are supported by their Training team as well as their friendly Team Leaders who encourage and motivate within a supportive and sociable environment.
The successful candidate will work on a rota that has been agreed with their Manager on a permanent basis but due to the busy times in the call centre, this role will involve a blend of day shifts, evening work and weekend work and this is for all candidates. Alternatively they can offer some morning shifts 9am to 1pm for candidates seeking 20 hours only. However these candidates must still be able to attend four weeks full time training Monday to Friday 9 to 4.30pm.
The company open until 10pm and any colleagues working 2 - 10pm shifts are paid a shift allowance of 10%. In addition the company provide a pension scheme, refreshments and incentives including holiday discounts, travel insurance, healthcare and childcare vouchers.
The company wish for successful candidates to begin in their roles on Tuesday 31st March, candidates must be able to attend four weeks of training Monday to Friday 9pm - 4pm in their induction period. Interviews involve a two stage process.
