Front Office Administrator
To maintain and develop client relationships through proactive regular contact;
Based from the Warwick Office the business developer will;
*Develop the portfolio of existing, lapsed and new accounts for GBI through regular planned telephone contact & supervision of resources.
*Create and implement new opportunities using information supplied from marketing leads, promotional campaigns, prospect lead information and the Company CRM system exploiting individual skills and that of the team.
Scope of your role
*You will be operating within Contract & Sport
*Responsibility for the day to day activities of F.O.A
*You maybe asked from time to time to undertake similar work for GBI Residential
*You will from time to time need to undertake field sales activities with the External Sales force to understand the quality of the appointments created and develop a closer relationship with the team.
*You will report to the Customer Service Manager

Your role will require you to progress opportunities with senior decision makers in the following customer types;
*Architects & Designers
*Contractors both main and specialist sub contractors
*End User Clients

*Local Authority for Public buildings
*All associated Government building stock
*Local Authority/Social and Sheltered Housing
*Public & Private Sector Educational Premises
*Local Authority Care Premises
*Sport & Leisure private/commercial & community
*Private Commercial buildings (Non retail)
*Private sector Industrial premises
This role will involve a high level of external telephone activity and internal contact therefore communications skills are paramount, as are your organisation skills.
Your role will focus upon the delivery of team objectives leading from the front including:
*Number of calls, to existing customers, lapsed customers and following up new leads and enquiries.
*Qualified appointments booked for the field sales team. You will be paired up with territory sales managers and will work closely with them to book in qualified appointments (quality over quantity) and manage the day-to-day aspects of the account base.
Specific Supervisory responsibilities
Campaign Related Supervision:
*Campaign implementation and execution
CRM System Related
*CRM training internal external (super user)
*Presentation of Back office planning and resource loading
*Daily activity reports analysis (Company/ Function/ Individual)
*Weekly activity Reports (Company/ Function/ Individual)
*Monthly Performance Metrics (Company/Function & Individual)
*Ensuring corporate governance of CRM system.
*Development of systems & generating ideas to support continuous improvement.
GBI shared function responsibilities
*Data cleansing (local)
*Tele Communication support (Local)
*Computer support services (local and Central)
The key to this role will be team work and you will be the critical link between client, customers and the organisation.
*Become the key liaison between the enquirer and representative
*Responsibility for the accuracy for customer data and the management of CRM records that will drive our mailing campaigns
*Support the territory sales managers through the booking of qualified appointments and diary management.
