FM Data Analyst
Our client has recently been awarded a 7-year contract for the repairs, maintenance, void preparation, and substantial programme of projects to a housing stock of 27,000 across the South of the country.
They are a new business, formed to deliver infrastructure, asset and facilities management services into the UK Defence Sector. They are a 50:50 Joint Venture between 2 already established big players in the FM and Utilities markets with over 55 years' experience.
We are urgently looking to increase headcount prior to mobilisation of the contract on 1st April 2022 and have multiple opportunities across the South East and the South West.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Data Scientist to play a pivotal role in the operations of multiple Defence Infrastructure Organisations contracts. The role will include assisting with our 'InSite' solution, providing performance reporting and analysis to the operations team and enabling effective use of customer feedback.
InSite will be the centre of excellence for Asset Management and Technical Compliance utilising Asset Information and Smart data to drive intelligence-based decision making.
Experience in Asset Management and CAFM systems is vital for this role.
Experience in using API's and web-design would also be very beneficial.
Work with the wider team to create and design an industry leading reporting function for asset renewal and enhanced maintenance strategies.
Using your knowledge of Asset Management, assist the CAFM Support team in improving their systems and processes to build an improved customer and user CAFM experience.
Work with the Technical Management teams and projects to design and provide reports to the client on Forward Works and Lifecycle issues, identifying business criticality reports.
Manage the APIs from different data sources to integrate and build reports utilising Power BI
Enable reporting to support a consistent, positive and caring customer experience
Develop regional reporting to provide daily, weekly and monthly internal, client and stakeholder reports
Analyse performance across reactive, planned and void work types to provide valuable insight to the operations team
Provide customer service data and analysis, providing improvement recommendations to enable effective use of customer feedback
Review incoming reactive tasks and provide evaluation against contractual requirements
Work with In-Site and Asset Management teams to develop to develop future programme requirements
Cleanse and verify the integrity of data used for analysis
Create automatic anomaly detection systems
Generate information and insights from data sets to identify trends and patterns
Could this be for you?
Experience of Housing Repairs, Maintenance and Void preparation contracts is essential. Awareness of replacement asset costing and lifecycles.
Proven track record in the management of performance reporting, data analysis and CAFM Systems. Good interpersonal and in?uencing skills.
Use of IBM Maximo is desirable or use of similar large-scale CAFM systems essential.
Proven client facing skills with the con?dence to deal with people at all levels. Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team. Good communication, numeracy and presentation skills.
Proven ?nancial awareness
Any qualification relating to web-design and report building is desirable.
Agile development principles.
Compliance and HSE Experience.
Experience of management of a mobile workforce and providing customer focused solutions
