Full Time Permanent role
Working Hours- 7.30am-4.30pm during term time and 9.00am-3.00pm in school holidays.
Salary- £22,000-£36,000 depending on experience + uncapped commission (extra £10K-£20K in first year as a new consultant)
As an Education Recruitment Consultant you will have full 360 responsibilities. This Includes-
Making business development calls to schools
Selling to candidates & schools
Liasing with candidates and clients on a daily basis
Registering new candidates
Using job boards to source candidates
Learning what your schools need & building relationships with schools
