We are looking for 3 consultants, based in our Bristol Branch to cover the following areas: – Devon SENd/Secondary Consultant – Wiltshire Primary Consultant – Gloucester Primary Consultant Would you like to earn a salary and bonus that’s reflective of the hard work you put in? As a recruitment consultant, you will support education professionals such as teachers and classroom support staff in finding the perfect roles for them on a temporary and permanent basis. Your responsibilities will include:
-Providing a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates in a competitive market.
-To understand the needs of schools and candidates and to confidently sell the right recruitment solutions based on their specific needs.
-The ability to collaborate well with colleagues, particularly in a fast-paced environment
-Confidently excelling at both face-to-face meetings and relationship building on the telephone with a range of key education decision makers.
-Resourcing exceptional staff and conducting interviews.
In order to be a successful Education Recruitment Consultant, you will need to display a resilient, hardworking and energetic personality. It is a very competitive market – so a desire to be the best at what you do is essential. A full UK driving licence will also be essential for the role. You will be joining a well-established business with offices located in city centre locations. We are a friendly, supportive team.
