Working in a contact centre environment, you will deal with a varied range of inbound queries and complaints. You will aim to resolve the customers’ issues on their first call and be able to find solutions for their problems. Customers find themselves in vulnerable situations and in these circumstances, you are often their first port of call. You will also be required record information and accurately while navigating around different inhouse systems.
It is essential that you have previous customer service experience and good PC Skills. You will also genuinely care about your customers, strive to give them the best possible service and resolve their issues with empathy and support.
