Cover Supervisor – Birmingham
We are seeking Flexible Cover Supervisors to work with our schools in the Birmingham area. We are looking for people who have a keen interest working with children and would like to get into teaching.
About the role:
* Teaching pre-set Key Stage 3/4 students
* No planning, marking or assessment, unless working long term positions
* Managing an average class size in the absence of a teacher
* Have knowledge and experience working with children
About the schools:
* We work with schools rated from Outstanding to Requires Improvement
* Great public transport links
* A variety of secondary schools with a strong team ethos
About you:
* Minimum of 5 days experience leading a group of children, that we can reference within the last 2 years
* Able to obtain suitable references and a valid DBS check*
* Have strong communication skills with the ability to quickly built a good rapport with students and staff
* Excellent time management
