Chef Positions now available in a beautiful Scottish Country House Estate.
Our client, located on the banks of the River Tay own a stunning hunting, shooting and fishing estate. It is a gloriously out of the way estate and very much a hidden secret escape. The estate as well as a must do “hunting, shooting & fishing” environment are also the owners of a small hotel within the grounds with a 2AA Rosette restaurant serving the fresh, organic and home produced Scottish delicacies you’d want to see after a day in the fresh air.
Guests describe it as a relaxed and happy place, nothing is too much trouble and there are lots of hidden touches and gestures to ensure a great stay.
We would like to recruit the following to join our team:
* Junior Sous or Senior CDP (subject to experience)
* Chef de Partie
Positions are full time, permanent roles with a 5 day on 2 day off approach.
You would be working within a superb kitchen environment with the opportunity to create memories for guests, fresh produce at your fingertips and located in one of the most stunning areas of natural beauty.
The ideal chefs for this position have some experience of rosette dining, they are mindful of guests and other members of staff and really enjoy creating something special. Practically if you have kitchen experience, an understanding of health and hygiene and can drive then we would love to hear from you. We are able to offer accommodation at £7.55per day.
