Assistant Site Manager – Social and Spec Developments
Circa £30k – £40 + Package + Car
The Client has established themselves as one of the leading social housing and affordable home builders in the country. This high class Developer is currently working on select developments, building a complete range of homes and apartments. This privately owned business prides themselves on offering the highest quality construction, backed by meticulous attention to detail and genuine customer care.
The client is currently seeking to employ an Assistant Site Manager to work on a £7m project in the midlands. The successful individual will ideally have a minimum of 3 – 5 years experience within the construction industry and a proven track record with either social housing or affordable homes projects. Ideally from a trade’s background, you will be able to cope with all the demands that running a large site involves, assisting the No.1 site manager in all aspects of completing a project to programme.
Applicants are expected to be enthusiastic, experienced and looking to join a company where they can develop their career and move up the managerial ladder. Preferably from a joiner or bricklayer trade, applications from individuals with an engineering or degree background will not be out over looked.
