4x Lead Generation Executives – £23000-£25000 – Basingstoke
Our client is an independent provider of IT Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Professional Services supplying direct to Blue-Chip. SME and Public Sector and Emergency Service Organisations across the UK and have experienced consistent growth since being established over 10 years ago. Our client currently employs over 50 members of staff across 3 UK locations and is now looking to add to their New Business Team with the addition of 4x Lead Generation Executives at their Basingstoke offices.
The Lead Generation Executives are being sought to drive business development within uncharted Private and Public Sector market spaces, generating and nurturing potential business leads alongside Sales Account Managers to convert in to closed business deals. Lead Generation Executives will be tasked with promoting across our client’s complex solutions portfolio, including identifying business opportunities across Infrastructure Integration, Optimisation, Migration and Updates, Disaster Recovery, Backup Services and associated Consultancy Services. Lead Generation Executives will work against competitive sales and performance targets and be expected to demonstrate a proactive yet consultative approach to their role.
To be considered candidates will require the following:
* Minimum of 2 years telemarketing or lead generation experience within an IT Reseller, Distributor, Vendor, Telemarketing Organisation or Software House
* Proven track record of working against pro-active sales and performance targets
* Successful track record of making between 60-100 outbound calls daily
* Experience of identifying and holding high level discussions with Level C contacts – Managing Directors, CEOs, COOs, Board of Directors etc.
* Good understanding of IT Hardware, Software and Services
* Commutable distance of Basingstoke via private or public transport
