How can I update my business information on JoZoo?

There are two easy ways to update your business details:

  1. If you don't manage your listing yet, please send an e-mail to [email protected] with a request to update your data. Our operators will process your request as soon as possible.
  2. If you manage the listing, log in to your user profile. Use the e-mail and password you have set when you registered or claimed the listing. In case you don’t remember your login credentials, use the 'Forgot your password?’ button and follow the steps. From your dashboard, access 'My account' and from there click on 'View profile'. On the next page, you can edit your business details.

How can I delete my company from JoZoo?

The deletion process can only be done by the JoZoo staff.

You can use the 'Delete Data' button, which you can find after you log in to your user dashboard. Or send a request by e-mail to [email protected] with a request to delete your business profile.
