My client, located within the London Borough of Sutton, is a 2 form entry Primary school. Due to a recent retirement and teacher movement they are looking to appoint two NQT's for full time permanent posts due to start in September 2018. The School have recently achieved a “Good” OFSTED report with elements of “Outstanding” due to the hard work and supportive leadership provided across all departments.
The Primary school is spaced over a relatively smaller site which has undergone a recent redevelopment but still remains very popular as a warm, friendly school with an excellent reputation and links with the local community.
Renowned for its professional development, the school successfully invests in NQTs and offers a supportive NQT induction programme. You can expect a fully dedicated mentor who has the time, skills and experience for you as a new teacher as well as a supportive Senior Leadership Team.
You must have experience in planning and teaching at either Key Stage 1 or 2; this can be from before University or from your placements. This school is seeking passionate, dedicated individuals with a hard working ethos that are keen to grow within the school. You will need the desire to ensure that your pupils have every opportunity to succeed at all stages. In return they offer lots of support to ensure you can become an excellent teacher as quickly as possible.
