INBOUND CSA POSITIONS
This temporary role is an inbound customer service position. The busiest day will be A level results day Thursday 13th August. We are looking for people like you who are available to work on this day between 7am and 8pm.
Full paid training is given for 4 days from 9am to 5pm (Provisional training courses run from 23-26 June, 28-31 July, 3-6 August)
All trained CSAs are required on Thursday 13th August, meaning that we can guarantee you 5 days work as a minimum.
To achieve first time call resolution on every call and promote a positive customer experience.
You will be taking high volumes of inbound calls, with a variety of queries, including assisting with general advice, providing website navigation and technical support with access to support tools.

We are looking for people who have all of the following (essential):
GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and Maths
