Working Hours: 40 hours per week. Flexibility is essential as there will be weekend and bank holiday working required.
We are urgently recruiting for Retail Sales Advisors for established national organisation, DFS who are looking to recruit an ambitious and self motivated individual to join their Birstall branch. The successful applicant will have proven retail or sales experience and will be well accustomed to working to targets and KPIs. The successful candidate will be target driven, ambitious and passionate about liaising with customers and providing a high level of customer service.
Main aspects of the role will include:
Meeting & greeting customers within the store
Advising on products and payment plans
Cross selling for any insurance and extended products and services
Building rapport with customers to generate sales
Processing paperwork and putting through payments
Working to targets and KPI's
Skills and Experience required:
You must have a strong retail and sales background and be passionate about providing a high level of customer service
Excellent communication skills and good negotiation skills are an integral part of the role
The successful applicant will be professional and able to deal with people at all levels
You must be target driven and self motivated and accustomed to working to KPI's and targets
The successful applicant will be a strong team player and confident in liaising with customers and other staff members of all levels
Flexibility with working hours and days is essential as this role will require weekend and bank holiday working.
This position is paying £15,000 basic salary with possible on target earnings of £34,500 per annum.
You will work 40 hours per week over 5 days and Full training and career development will be given to the successful candidate.
