JOB DESCRIPTION
My client is a motivated and driven company seeking a fresh, hardworking candidate to join an ever changing and developing team.
Working alongside the Sales Consultants, the role entitle the sourcing of suitable candidates for job roles and guide them through the recruitment process. The role is 90% phone based and would ideally suit a driven, bright and career focused candidate who is seeking a career within an established company.
Responsibilities will include:
Using online job boards and our internal database to source suitable candidates
Developing excellent relationships with new and existing candidates
Calling client contacts during the recruitment process
Updating and contact of candidates prior and during interview process
Other tasks necessary to complete the role as requested whilst working within a small team.
Monitoring of databases
To be considered you will have:
Excellent telephone manner; confident and comfortable on the phone
Good organisation skills
Dependable and hard working
Target and career driven
Ability to work under pressure and to deal with high volumes of work
Excellent team player
Attention to detail, Excel and Word
GCSE education
