We are looking for a dedicated and driven individual to work alongside a principal consultant to identify, engage and brief the elusive talent for digital positions with some of the U. K’s leading brands and agencies. An ideal candidate will have at least six months’ experience in recruitment, with a strong drive and ambition to progress in recruitment with us. However, if you have the ideal positive, team player attitude, you will certainly still be considered.
An outstanding candidate will have excellent inter-personal skills, enabling you to become a valued member of the tight knit team. In the medium size office there is no place to hide away from the ongoing activities. Whilst we do promote a relaxed environment, you are obviously expected to deliver and give your absolute best day in day out.

Whereas many companies utilise a classroom based ‘offline’ model, we believe that you develop faster and more effectively through continual practical learning. You will be taught the core aspects of recruitment, your prior knowledge will be developed and there will also be a continuous development of core personal skills. Your assigned principal consultant will provide you with constant support, assigning clearly defined success standards, with a view to progress onto a consultant role. We champion ambition, setting out a clearly defined career progression path, starting from resourcer all the way through to director.
