oProcess referral documentation received from clients accurately and in line with standard and client business processes
oProcess all additional documentation received; accurately and in a timely manner in line with standard business process
oPrioritise workflow effectively and process all activities quickly & efficiently
oDeliver a proactive service to clients
oAct as key client contact for the communication of case progress updating the client regularly as necessary
oRespond timely and effectively to questions and queries from clients and their employees
oProvide a professional telephone service, responding in a calm and informative manner
oProvide regular reports to Clients as and when agreed
oSupport in client meetings when required with Account managers and Team Manager
oBuild robust relationships with key Client contacts
oHandle customer complaints professionally escalating as appropriate
Finally, we are looking with someone who has lots of enthusiasm, who can multitask, has strong phone skills, is good on Excel and Microsoft packages, strong attention to detail and good at coordinating.
3 days per week - 7.5 hours per day - total of 22.5 hours per week.
The days can be any between Monday - Thursday.
Initially for 3 months, potential extension after this or all candidates are welcome to apply to any other internal opportunities.
