Are you an experienced looking for a new challenge? This award winning organisation has a brand new role as due to winning new business to join their team based in Milton Keynes. Salary £27 - £35,000 plus bonus, pension, 28 days holiday increasing with length of service, discounted gym membership, free fruit and hot drinks! Working hours; Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30.
As , reporting to the Account Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of existing key customer accounts. You will be the main customer focal point for the project ensuring all KPI's are achieved. You will be responsible for project resource forecasting, cost control, change control, project reviews and team management of 3-4 Project Coordinators, conducting 1:1's and identifying training and development needs.
It is essential that you have worked as a previously within the hospitality or retail sector with experience of EPOS implementation and site refurbishment. You will ideally be Prince 2 qualified with proven experience of utilising this methodology to deliver successful projects. Experience of working to tight deadlines with demanding clients as well as a proven track record of managing a budget is also required for this role. Previous people management of small teams is advantageous.
This role would suit an experienced or a Project Coordinator with previous line management experience looking to take a step up in their career.
It is essential you hold a UK Full Driving Licence as you will be required to travel to sites on occasion.
