Duration - 4 weeks, potentially longer but this will be discussed
Full time hours - 35 per week. Variety of shifts available so flexibility needed but would be a minimum of Monday to Friday 9-5.
-Good-Excellent -Microsoft skills (excel, word, outlook) to be able to run reports, review data, identify issues, follow a process
-Previous call centre experience - to handle miss-directed calls and wrong numbers and also make outbound calls which are largely scripted, but require the ability to handle a customer who asks something not on the script, arrange call backs, take messages.
-Able to work unsupervised with some support when needed - no guessing or blagging answers you don't know!
We are looking for candidates who are willing to hit the ground running, who are bright and can use their own intuitive.
