Based in a mature and professional environment for a well known logistics company in Kingston - Milton Keynes, you will be able to grow and use your natural skills to investigate and improve the customer experience.
Working in the Social Media team, you will be communicating and responding to customers via all Social Media platforms. Your contacts will be enquiry based and you will do everything you can to resolve and provide information to the customer. There will be times you will need to investigate and follow up accordingly.
Working to timescales, great customer care and empathy, great MS Office Skills and strong communication skills are an absolute must.
Starting on a temp to perm basis, this is a great opportunity to shine and expand your career across the departments in Milton Keynes and other nearby locations.
Along with a very generous wage, working hours will be Monday to Friday 1800 - 2200 with 1 Saturday in 6/7 to be worked as well (0800-1200)
Total: 20hours a week
